Configuring the Quick Find options

By default, Quick Find searches only in the Title property. You can configure Quick Find to search in additional properties and limit the number of documents that are shown.

To configure the Quick Find options:

1. Click the drop-down toolbutton next to Quick Find in the toolbar and select Options. The Quick Find Options dialog appears.
2. Select the checkbox in the left column for the properties that you want to be included in Quick Find searches.
3. To limit the number of documents that are shown in the results page, edit the number shown in Maximum returned or use the arrow buttons.
4. Click OK to save your changes.
